- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Coriander leaves, for garnishing
How to make Rohu Fish Curry
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan or kadai on medium heat.
Add chopped onions and green chillies to the pan and sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste to the pan and sauté for a minute.
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder to the pan and mix well.
Add salt to taste and mix well.
Add water to the pan and bring it to a boil.

Cover the pan and let the fish cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the fish is cooked through.
Add garam masala powder to the pan and mix well.
