How to make Sabudana Vada
Instructions:
Soak sago or tapioca pearls in water for 3-4 hours or overnight. Drain the water and keep the soaked pearls aside.
In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, soaked sago pearls, coarsely ground peanuts, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, ginger paste, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into small balls.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, reduce the heat to medium.
